What hours can you work? – Here at 4 Heatons Cleaning we work 7 days a week including bank holidays. We're very flexible and may be able to accommodate at short notice. Our usual working hours can vary from 8:00am to 19:00pm. 

What type of services do you provide? – 4 Heatons Cleaning offer professional residential and commercial cleaning services including decluttering your space and Airbnb/holiday home services. We also offer home help and errand running, ideal for the elderly, new and expectant parents and anyone in need of an extra hand. 

 

Do I have to sign a contract? – No, there is no contract - our clients use the service either on a regular basis or as and when they need it.

Can the cleaner visit when I am not at home? – Of course, we can arrange for a spare key to be securely held in our key safe. We can also collect and return keys from a separate location (within 3 miles) if a property is vacant. 

Do I need to provide any cleaning equipment? – Unlike some other cleaning companies, all our eco-friendly cleaning products and high quality equipment are provided by us at no extra cost! All we require is access to the property, hot running water and electricity.
